Threshold Delivery
Since all items do not require full Whiteglove, STS still handles all deliveries with the most care that we can provide. Some deliveries require business to business or simply just a drop off. STS takes this into consideration by offering our Threshold Services for other final mile distributors by performing a receiving and delivery option that consists of acting as a cross dock and delivery to retail, or other deliver providers. This service does not include inspection or debris removal and often can be serviced by only 1 delivery member. This service does not allow the STS specialist to enter a home or place items on a showroom floor. If either service is needed it will be considered a Whiteglove Delivery and will be adjusted accordingly.
